Conditions of Use

 

By the use of this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. It is also agreed and understood that the use of this service is on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with applicable local, national or international laws. The Legal Information applies to owners of services (each an “Owner”) provided by  EEstudio.corp in Canada, Ontario. The service is administered by  EEstudio.corp. 

 

Please read these Conditions of Use carefully before using this service. You should review the Conditions of Use regularly as they may change at any time. References to "Service" and "Services" mean both the singular and plural of these terms. References to "you" or "your" shall mean the person authorized to access and use this service. References to "we", "us" or "our" shall mean the Company (EEstudio.corp). 

 

General

 

All products and services are subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable agreements governing their use, which may change from time to time. 

The information provided is believed to be reliable when posted. However, we cannot guarantee that information will be accurate, complete and current at all times. All information is subject to modification from time to time without notice. No information based upon the opinions expressed in any web-based presentation can be guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to provide you access to the service. However, there will be occasions when the service will be unavailable for use or times when we find it necessary to shut down our site for a period of time for maintenance, updates and other reasonable adjustments. 

 

The Company will not be responsible in any manner for any harm, loss or damage, however caused, arising out of your use of the services, including direct, indirect, special, third party or consequential damages. We will not be responsible for any detrimental reliance that you may place upon the services or it’s content. 

Reservation and cancellation

 

The sooner you book in advance, the better for your project. The reservation implies the full payment of the service(s) that is(are) requested. Without this, no services will be offered.

All reservation cancellations within a period of more than one week before the planned rental date of the studio may be reimbursed in full. If you cancel within a week of the scheduled rental date, we may consider booking you another date.

 

Overtime as well as any other accommodation costs will be invoiced a maximum of 24 hours after the rental day. We reserve the right to require a deposit before the event to pay any additional costs. Overtime will be billed at a rate of $25 / hour to $35 / hour. 

Every hour of delay will be an extra $25 fee. 

 

Assurance

 

EEstudio.corp will not be held responsible for breakage or theft in its premises for the equipment of a third party. Please note that the customer is responsible for any repairs made for improper treatment of the facilities.

 

Special conditions

 

Before leaving, the customer is responsible for checking the inventory, together with the attendant. We ask you to inform us of specific needs in writing at least 48 hours in advance. (Example: Cyclorama of a color other than white, using more than one colour of back-drop ect.)
